STEAM Matters aims to foster partnerships between educators, parents and learners in developing 21st century skills. STEAM Matters has been specially designed to stimulate creative and critical thinking skills, expose learners to real-world application, and to instil FUN! Each issue is packed with a broad variety of topics, striking images and stories, as well as interactive activities and quizzes!

Issue 7: Uncover the wonders of what is inside your body with the Inside Out issue. Starting from cells, the smallest unit of life, you will get to learn how different parts of our bodies work. Issue 11: What is it that keeps us from floating upwards into outer space? How can we hold objects without them slipping from our hands? Explore that and more in the Invisible Forces issue of STEAM Matters! Learn about the natural forces all around us, how we can fly in a jet suit, and harness your creativity to create your own rocket launcher, magnetic robots, and human spirograph artwork at home!

Issue 12: Discover the wonders of Nature and her animals in this issue of The Living Earth! From the wolves in the Himalayas to the bold creatures of the Amazon rainforest, we explore how different animals have uniquely adapted to their environments. Plus, find out more about the animals that have inspired our inventions, how we have impacted our environment, and learn to craft your own desert biome in a jar, self-sustaining eco-column and primitive cave art!
