Course Aims:

Ø  Demonstrate knowledge of the structure of English

Ø  Use English in a range of social and academic contexts

Ø  Develop and use a variety of learning strategies

Ø  Participate with confidence in a range of social and academic situations

Ø  Use collaborative learning strategies, develop critical thinking and problem‐ solving skills

This course is especially designed for Learners between 12 to 14 years of age. It is a strong emphasis on language skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing) required in both social and academic contexts. The emphasis is on Communicative Language Teaching and student- centred delivery. Learn by doing and discovering language through meaningful, authentic tasks. Learners are active participants in a dynamic learning environment by engaging innovative solutions. By using authentic, current texts and media to engage the Learners.
